These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdbaggi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the bdbaggi website at https://bdbaggi.net and all related services, products, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels made available by bdbaggi.

By accessing the bdbaggi website, creating a player account, or placing a bet or casino wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account.

bdbaggi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the platform will display an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdbaggi. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdbaggi operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit at least one of the following forms of identification:

• National Identity Card (NID) — both front and back, clearly legible
• Valid passport — photo page and personal information page
• Bangladesh driving licence — front and back

In addition to identity documents, bdbaggi may request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot confirming that the bKash or Nagad number used for deposit is registered in your name). KYC documents should be submitted as clear digital images or scanned copies via the account dashboard.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Account Security

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed; (b) any active bonus funds must comply with the applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit — a condition applied to prevent financial irregularities; (d) bdbaggi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.

Player Funds

bdbaggi holds player funds in accounts that are kept separate from the company's operational funds. This arrangement is designed to protect player balances in the event of insolvency. However, bdbaggi does not guarantee any specific level of fund protection beyond the measures described herein and players should be aware that online gambling carries inherent financial risk.

bdbaggi offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers timed around major Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26).

All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet the stated wagering requirement — typically 20x the bonus amount — before any portion can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering; slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%; table games may contribute 0% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• bdbaggi reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. In cases where a player is in the process of meeting a wagering requirement, bdbaggi will honour the original terms for that specific active bonus instance.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time.

bdbaggi monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering mathematics, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds confiscated, and their accounts may be permanently suspended.

All sports bets placed on bdbaggi are accepted subject to the platform's prevailing odds at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player, except where explicitly permitted under bdbaggi's in-play cash-out feature for eligible markets.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as reported by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for BPL matches, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for ICC tournaments, or FIFA for international football fixtures. In the event of a discrepancy between bdbaggi's data feed and the official result, the official governing body's result takes precedence, and bdbaggi reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.

For in-play markets, bdbaggi may temporarily suspend a market if there is a significant event in progress (such as a wicket falling in a cricket match) while odds are recalculated. Bets placed during a suspended market period will be voided unless the acceptance timestamp predates the suspension event as recorded by bdbaggi's systems.

Casino Game Integrity

All casino games available on bdbaggi are sourced from certified third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — that operate independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs). bdbaggi does not control or modify the game outcomes of third-party casino software. In the event of a technical fault within a game session, the game provider's system logs are the authoritative record of the session outcome.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are determined by the game provider and are generally published in each game's information panel. These percentages represent long-run theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Maximum Winnings

bdbaggi applies a maximum single-bet payout limit of ৳5,000,000 per bet slip or casino game session. Winnings exceeding this limit will be paid up to the maximum and the excess will be voided. This limit may vary for specific promotional markets and will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.

As a registered player on bdbaggi, you agree to abide by the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited conduct listed below at all times.

Your Obligations

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date. Notify bdbaggi promptly if any personal or contact details change.
• Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming.
• Fund your account only from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available on bdbaggi if you feel your gambling habits are becoming problematic.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, using bots or automated software to place bets, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider knowledge exploitation.
• Money laundering: Using bdbaggi as a conduit for laundering funds derived from illegal activity. bdbaggi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in all such cases.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on bdbaggi, whether under your own name or using false identities.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with bdbaggi support. Illegitimate chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the platform's software to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained in this way will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward bdbaggi support staff or other players in any interactive feature of the platform.

bdbaggi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate or multi-accounting activity.
• Confirmed self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Funds that are determined to be legitimately deposited and not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's originating payment method. Funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be permanently forfeited.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their bdbaggi account voluntarily — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting support via Live Chat or email at support@bdbaggi.net. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who request self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure will have their accounts permanently closed for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, bdbaggi will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from re-registering under any name or payment method.
